What is a Warhammer Tournament?
A Warhammer 40,000 Tournament is a full day of competitive, full‑sized games played on beautifully crafted tables. Participants can also browse the event store and connect with the community. Players of all skill levels are welcome!

ウォーハンマー40,000トーナメントは、適切なテーブルでフルサイズのゲームをプレイする、1日がかりの大会です。参加者は、イベントストアを探索したり、コミュニティとのつながりを楽しんだりできます。どのスキルレベルのプレイヤーも参加可能です。

Do I need a ticket to attend?
You’ll need a ticket for the event(s) you want to play in.
参加にチケットは必要？
トーナメントに参加する場合は、チケットが必要です。
I'm not interested in participating, can I come check it out? / Can I bring friends or family who aren’t playing?
Of course! Spectators are welcome to attend and do not need to purchase a ticket for entry, though we ask they do not disrupt ongoing games.
トーナメントへの参加はしないが、観戦することはできる？
トーナメントに参加しない友人や家族は入場できる？できます。観戦のために入場することは可能です。また、入場にはチケットを購入する必要はございません。観戦の際にはゲームの妨げにならないようお願いいたします。
When should I arrive?
Registration and check-in usually take place on Saturday morning before the event begins. We recommend arriving at 8:00 to complete your registration, check out the venue, meet fellow hobbyists and be ready to start your first round at 8:45.
Exact times will be listed in your Player Pack.
いつ会場へ到着するべき？
受付は、イベント当日の土曜日の朝、開催時間前に行われます。午前8時に到着し、受付を済ませることをおすすめします。ラウンド1は午前8時45分に始まります。それまでに準備を整えておきましょう。受付を済ませ、トーナメントが始まるまでの間、会場を見たり、友人のホビイストたちと会ったりと、お楽しみいただけます。
プレイヤーパックに詳細時間を記載しておりますので、ご確認ください。
Can I bring in my own food and drink?
Yes, you may bring your own food and drink into the venue.
Please note that lunch is included in the ticket price for all tournament participants, so you will receive a meal on site.
飲食物の持ち込みは可能？
可能です。会場へ飲食物を持ち込んでも構いません。ただし、トーナメント参加者全員のチケット料金に昼食が含まれています。会場で昼食をお受け取りください。
Are there age restrictions?
No children under the age of 18 years will be admitted to the Venue unless accompanied and supervised by an adult aged 18 years or over. GW takes no responsibility for children under the age of 18, responsibility shall remain with the parent or guardian of the relevant child at all times.
年齢制限はある？
18歳未満のお子様は、18歳以上の保護者様の同伴が必要です。ゲームズワークショップは18歳未満のお子様にまつわる一切の責任を負いかねます。18歳未満のお子様にまつわる責任は、ご両親またはその保護者の方が負うものとします。

What are the rules on model modifications?
All rules and policies regarding models participating in tournaments are in listed in the specific tournament's Player Pack.
ミニチュアの改造に関するルールは？
トーナメントで使用するミニチュアに関するルールとポリシーは、トーナメントの詳細が記載されたプレイヤーパックをご確認ください。
Is there a painting requirement?
Yes, all miniatures used in the Warhammer Tournament events must be fully painted and based to a reasonable standard.
If you’re unsure, check your Player Pack for details.
ペイントに関する条件はある？
あります。ウォーハンマー・トーナメントのイベントにおいて使用されるミニチュアは、すべて塗装済みであり、適切なベースの上に設置されている状態でなければなりません。

Can I buy an additional swag box / upgrade my standard swag box onsite?
Swag boxes are only for attendees participating in a ticketed activity, including Grand Tournaments.
Ticketed activity attendees can upgrade their standard swag box to a premium swag box onsite, but it will NOT include both Event Exclusive Models.
Premium Swag Boxes pre-ordered in advance of the event will include both Event Exclusive Models. There is a limited quantity available to pre-order.
会場にて追加でスワッグボックスを購入することや、スタンダード・スワッグボックスをアップグレードすることはできる？
スワッグボックスの販売は、グランドトーナメントを含むチケット制のアクティビティに参加する方のみを対象としています。
チケット制のアクティビティに参加する方々は、会場にてスタンダード・スワッグボックスをプレミアム・スワッグボックスにアップグレードできます。ただし、どちらのイベント限定ミニチュアも含まれません。
イベント限定ミニチュアは、どちらもイベント前に予約されたプレミアム・スワッグボックスにのみ同梱されています。予約製品は数量限定です。
Help! I can't find my confirmation email!
Don't panic! Confirmation emails have often been known to be hiding in your spam folder! Check there first, if you still cannot find it, send us an email at globalevents@gwplc.com and we can send it over to you.

What is the refund policy?
We ask that all refunds are requested three weeks before the event to allow for planning adjustments. For The Warhammer Tournament in Shinjuku, refunds should be requested by 10 October 2026.
Refunds requested by 10 October 2026 will receive a full refund. Any refunds requested on or after 11 October 2026 will not be honored.
返金ポリシーは？
スケジュールの調整等を行うため、返金をご希望のお客様は、イベント開催日の3週間前に返金の手続きを行う必要がございます。ベルサール新宿セントラルパークで開催されるウォーハンマー・トーナメントの返金は、2026年10月10日までに申請してください。
2026年10月10日までに申請が完了している場合は、全額返金いたします。2026年10月11日以降に行われた返金のご要望にはお応えできかねます。

Once you’ve registered, you’ll receive an confirmation email. If there are any updates to the event or to the Player Pack, you will receive an email closer to the event.
