Welcome to the 2026 PCC Technical Conference,

The theme “Engineering the Next Era” reflects the commitment of Precision Castparts Corp. to advancing innovation through intelligent, forward-looking solutions. This year’s Technical Conference will emphasize continuous improvement powered by emerging technologies that drive the future of manufacturing and engineering.

From artificial intelligence to shop-floor optimization, the focus is on leveraging advanced capabilities to enhance quality, enable operational growth, and support business expansion. Special attention will be given to future looking technology and technology plus flight safety.  These tools will strengthen process control, improve execution efficiency, and position the organization to lead the next era of technology excellence.

We will hear from three of our customers on how working together is of mutual benefit. We have also invited technology suppliers who will partner with our technology leaders to run Focus groups that will provide learning opportunities and engage participants on a deeper level.

The conference will feature plenary sessions on selected business and technical topics, breakout sessions and poster exhibits, as well as focused technical workshops. We will be voting on the “Best Breakout” and “Best Poster” presentation. The winners will be announced during our group dinner on Thursday evening.

The conference will provide an excellent forum for personal exchange with colleagues from other divisions and disciplines, which is fundamental to our success.

The conference will begin on Tuesday, June 9th with a Meet & Greet dinner from 5:30 p.m. - 9:30 p.m. and is expected to end Friday, June 12th around 2:00 p.m.
