Comprehensive Care Protocol Agenda
EARN 4 CE Hours (Drs and Staff)
This event will provide a hands-on deep dive into two of the most impactful pillars in your practice, myopia management and dry eye, with updated protocols built on last year's comprehensive care framework and designed for immediate implementation.
To make this as applicable as possible, please take a few moments to complete THIS SURVEY prior to the meeting. Your responses will help us tailor the content to your practice's current state and ensure the strategies we work through are directly relevant to where you are today.
During the meeting, you will build and refine clinical pathways for each treatment modality in both myopia management and dry eye—not just review concepts, but do the work. We'll cover communication and sales frameworks for presenting these services to patients, billing and coding for each treatment, and close by setting 90-day goals and implementation strategies your team can execute immediately.
This event is designed for your entire team, not just the doctor. Protocols don't implement themselves, and the difference between a practice that launches a new service and one that doesn't almost always comes down to whether the team was part of building it. Bring your front desk, your techs, and your optical staff. The work we do in the room is most effective when everyone who will touch these protocols is in the room together.
This event builds on the Vision Source comprehensive care protocol introduced over the past two years and expands it into two specific pillars. If you attended previously, you'll recognize the framework, but this time you'll go deeper and leave with completed, practice-ready protocols in both areas.
