Welcome to the 2026 CAF Patient-Family Conference. The conference will take place at the Westin O'Hare in Rosemont, Chicago, IL.
CAF offers this conference in-person as well as portions being available on line. Non-U.S. patients and families are encouraged to attend virtually.
During registration, you will have the option to choose whether you would like to attend in person or virtually. If you choose to attend virtually, only the sessions on Saturday will be streamed live. In-person attendees will have the opportunity to participate in the full Friday-Sunday experience.
