Mobile Phone Formatting Guidelines

Your mobile phone number will provide you with access to the program online platform.  To ensure access, follow the guidelines below when entering your mobile number.

International

Start with a plus sign (replacing the dial out code) followed by the relevant country code, then the local area code and phone number. Do not include any spaces or special characters, such as dashes, parentheses, or periods. If the local area code begins with a 0, remove it. For example, a UK based number formatted locally as 020 7183 8750 should be written as +442071838750, where "44" is the country code, "20" is the area code with the "0" removed, and "71838750" is the phone number.

United States and Canada

Can be written in standard local formatting. No country code or plus sign (+) is required, though can be included.

Cancellation Terms

Cancelled registration fees will be reimbursed at 80% until 30 days prior to the program start date; 50% until 15 days prior to the program start date and will not be reimbursed after that date. As an alternative to cancellation, enrollment may be transferred to another person prior to the program start date without incurring any cost penalty. Should SickKids cancel the program at any time for unforeseen circumstances, the enrollment fees will be refunded 100% of the payments received.
