About

Registration is now open for Forward Together with Esusu, taking place March 18–20, 2026, at the Montage Laguna Beach, California.

Forward Together is a pinnacle gathering of leaders across real estate, government, finance, entrepreneurship, sports, and culture–a space where diverse disciplines and perspectives meet to imagine what’s next. Rooted in Esusu’s belief in the transformative power of collaboration, the Retreat celebrates innovation at the intersection of profit and purpose, ideas and impact, competition and community.

This year’s theme, Quantum Democracy, invites us to explore how progress emerges not from uniformity, but from the dynamic interplay of difference. Across sectors and viewpoints, we will examine how plural systems can coexist and complement one another to shape a more resilient and equitable future.
