Day 1: VVHQ, 1000 S Pine Island Rd, Floor 6, Plantation, FL 33324
We’ll start things at VVHQ, the home of our shoreside Crew and the place where many of the decisions, ideas and plans that shape Virgin Voyages come to life.
Day 2: Resilient Lady, Terminal V, 718 N Cruise Blvd, Miami, FL, 33132
We’ll head to Resilient Lady, where those ideas become the Sailor experience and where our shipboard Crew bring the Virgin Voyages brand to life every day.
If you are self-driving, please park in Garage G.
What to Expect
The Virgin Way is designed to feel different from your everyday working day. It is dedicated time to step away from calls, inboxes, meetings and the usual day-to-day, and fully immerse yourself in the experience.
Across the two days, we’ll take care of the details so you can focus on being present. Lunches and refreshments will be provided, transportation will be arranged where needed, and hotel accommodation will be covered for Crew who require it.

YOUR PACKING LIST
Comfortable Clothing & Shoes
You’ll be moving around quite a bit across both days, so come dressed in something your comfortable in. For Day 2 onboard Resilient Lady, please make sure you wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes.
ID
You’ll need identification to board the ship, so please bring a government-issued photo ID with you. If you have your Crew ID and nametag, bring those too. If you don’t have one, don’t worry, we can help get you sorted.
Water Bottle & Personal Essentials
Bring a reusable water bottle and anything else you may need to stay comfortable throughout the day, including any personal medications or other essentials.
