Cancellations and Refunds:

Cancelations requested with more than 72 hours' notice before the start date will receive a refund of the registration fee minus any applicable credit card processing fees. Refunds will not be issued for no-shows or cancellations made within 72 hours of the event. Sourcewell reserves the right to postpone, reschedule or cancel at any time. In the unlikely event that we must cancel, a full refund will be issued. Some offerings require earlier cancellation for a full refund. If an earlier cancellation date is required for a full refund, it will be noted in the registration.

Event Photography:

Please know that when attending an event sponsored or hosted by Sourcewell, you may be included in some of the pictures taken for use in our communications, publications, or on our website. Any pictures taken will not be edited or altered. If you do not wish to be included in photos, please let the administrative specialist know at the registration desk on the day of your event. We will try to exclude you from pictures.

Official Notice: When participants register for an event, Sourcewell is granted permission to take pictures and has the non-exclusive and irrevocable rights and license to use these pictures for publicity, news, or advertising - to include print, video, broadcast media, and the World Wide Web. You are releasing Sourcewell from any and all claims of payment for performance rights, residuals, or damages for libel, slander, invasion of privacy, or any claim based on the use of said material.
