This year’s program, thoughtfully developed by our programming committee, will feature more than 50 renowned panelists at 18 unique sessions, discussing the latest trends, traps, and developments in the trust and estate industry. Their thought-provoking presentations will bring sought-after education to delegates from across numerous disciplines. The favourites will make a return appearance this year, including the Practitioner Updates and the highly-anticipated STEP Canada – CRA Roundtable (at a new time)! As always, delegates will be encouraged to connect with the speakers during Q&As after the sessions.

To accommodate all our delegates and their unique schedules, the 2024 conference will again offer a hybrid delivery. The in-person conference and networking opportunities will take place June 3-4 in Toronto, with online on-demand viewing options for all sessions following on June 10 and onwards (available to all in-person and online registration types).

This June, we hope you will join us and your fellow industry professionals for the much looked-forward-to and most talked-about event of the year! On top of receiving continuing education credits, we hope you enjoy numerous opportunities to build new connections, develop your businesses, and take part in the continued sharing of knowledge.

All delegates are eligible to receive up to 22.25 hours of CPD. In order to receive CPD/CE credits for session(s), delegates participating:

*In-person: will receive CPD/CE credits for sessions they attend throughout the days of the conference. Delegates must scan their name badges when entering each session.

Online on-demand viewing: must view the session(s) in full length and must complete the quiz(zes) at the end of the session(s). The completion of the quiz will indicate your request for CPD/CE credit(s).

*In-person delegates are eligible to receive additional credits for viewing remaining concurrent sessions once the archived on-demand sessions are available post-conference.

CPD/CE certificates will be sent to delegates mid-August 2024.

Join us at the Arcadian Court, Toronto’s historic Art Deco event space, for a NEW style of STEP Canada social event! The theme of the night will be constant networking (goodbye fixed seating, hello new connections). Enjoy the company of friends and colleagues in a state-of-the-art venue, while mixing and mingling at different food and drink stations, marveling at unique performances by local artists, and enjoying toasts. It is sure to be a night to remember!

Please note that social event tickets are not included in the price of in-person conference registration and must be purchased separately, at the time of conference registration.
