Join us for the virtual Trauma Informed Learning Collaborative meeting.
This session provides an opportunity for professionals to connect, share resources, and explore strategies to better support clients, families, and staff during the holiday season. Participants will review and provide feedback on a draft of a person-centered approach framework, and engage in interactive discussions around generational differences through a trauma-informed and resilience-based lens. The training will close with practical self-care strategies to promote well-being and sustainability in human services work.
Learning Objectives:
- Identify and share effective resources or strategies to support clients, families, and staff in managing holiday-related stress.
- Provide input on a draft person-centered approach framework, with a focus on enhancing individualized, respectful, and empowering service delivery.
- Describe generational differences and apply trauma-informed and resilience-building practices to better engage with individuals across age groups, while also incorporating self-care strategies into their daily routines.
