Attendee Cancellation: Cancellations can be managed by attendees online via their registration account. A $50 service fee will be deducted from all refund requests received by Wednesday, July 29, 2026.
Registrants who do not cancel by Wednesday, July 29, 2026, and do not attend will be responsible for the full registration fee. No refunds will be given for cancellations received after Wednesday, July 29, 2026.
Substitutions: Registrants unable to attend the conference may send an alternate. Substitutions can be managed online via their registration account.
Onsite substitutions can be made but could be subject to a service fee of $50 for each substitution. The participant or organization will be responsible for the fee.
Should BHCon2026 be cancelled for any reason, attendees will be given a full refund.
Group Rates: FBHA members registering 10 of more attendees, email your request to registration@floridabha.org to receive your group code. Please do this before you start the registration process to receive alternate instructions to process your registration order online.

How do I modify my registration?
This allows you to update, food selections & license numbers and edit spelling and titles.
1. Click “Already Registered” on the event homepage.
2. Enter first name, last name, and email address you used to register.
3. Once logged in, select ‘Modify’ from the top navigation.
4. Make modification as necessary. Click the ‘Next’ button at the bottom of each page to proceed.
5. Once you have made all modifications, select ‘Finish’ from the Summary page
How do I transfer my registration?
This allows you to change the email address, update, food selections & license numbers and edit spelling and titles.
1. Click “Transfer Registration” on the event homepage.
2. Enter first name, last name, and email address you used to register.
3. Once logged in, select ‘Transfer’ from the top navigation.
4. Enter the information for the new registrant you are looking to switch to. You will need First & Last Name plus email address. And hit submit.
5. The new registrant will be sent a confirmation email. Withing that email there will be a pink button on the bottom of the screen the says modify registration. Have the new registrant click that button and follow the prompts so they can review their personal info and meal selections to ensure it is accurate or make updates as needed. Or follow the Modify Registrations instructions
FBHA Member Rate: Requires being a member of the Florida Behavioral Health Association. Membership is defined as you are a member in good standing during the conference with your FY2026-2027 dues paid (July 1, 2026 -June 30, 2027). Ten or more registrations from one organization defines a group.
Non FBHA members are not eligible for group rates. Failing to select the correct rate classifications will result in getting invoiced for registration at a higher rate.
