The 2027 Winter Institute of Medical Physics will take place at the Beaver Run Conference center in Breckenridge, Colorado on February 20-24. Registration and lodging for the meeting will open this fall!
Meeting Background
Started in 1979, the annual Winter Institute of Medical Physics meeting provides a unique environment for participants from academics, industry, and clinics large and small to come together and share their ideas and work on a wide variety of topics. The diverse program includes keynote and participant talks, poster presentations, panel discussions, unique workshops, and a vibrant early career mentorship program.
There is also a rich variety of networking activities to complement the meeting sessions. More details about the meeting can be found on the "Meeting Info" page.
An important thing to know about the meeting is that all participants are required to contribute to the program. This may be an oral, laptop, or poster presentation, moderating a session, being part of a panel discussion or being a mentor or workshop leader.
