Please note, prices above exclude VAT. VAT will be added on the payment stage of the booking process.

Terms and Conditions

Contact details submitted on this registration will be used to send you joining instructions and further information associated with the SMMT Annual Dinner on SMMT’s behalf by Seventy Events.  

Delegate name, job title and company name (no contact details) will be used, in the seating list (on the digital programme, which will be available to all attendees, including event partners, so guests can find their table). It is possible to choose whether or not the names of your guests are included when registering.  Name and Company name will also be used to produce name cards for the tables.  

Please ensure your guests are aware, and agreeable, that their name, job title and company name (no contact details) will be used in these ways. Guests can e-mail annualdinner@smmt.co.uk if they do not wish their details to be used for any of these purposes. 

Please note that your guests’ email addresses will be used only for the purpose of sending them a ticket for the SMMT Annual Dinner 2026 and to ask for any feedback post event. They will not be contacted for any other purposes.

It is essential that any dietary requirements and allergies are supplied in advance of the event. If requirements are not supplied in advance the Grosvenor House may not be able to accommodate them on the night. Please also advise venue staff of any food allergies on the evening. Please note that food is prepared in an environment which handles nuts and other allergens. 

All vegetarian, vegan and alternative menus must be ordered by 13 November by emailing seventyevents@smmt.co.uk. Please note, the ticket price may be increased for specific dietary requirements.

Cancellation

If the table booker wishes to cancel the booking: cancellations made on or before Monday 28 September a 20% admin fee will be charged. Cancellations made between Tuesday 29 September 2026 and the event will be charged the full ticket amount. The SMMT will accept a substitute if a ticket holder is unable to attend.  

All cancellations or substitutions must be received in writing and will be deemed to take effect from the date that SMMT receives the cancellation.
