Who do I contact for general event questions?

If you have general questions regarding the event, please contact THDHospitality@omcinfo.com.

Who do I contact to change my registration?

If you need to change your registration, you can use your confirmation number to make further adjustments. Please save the confirmation email you receive to access the registration system for future edits, preferences and/or arrangements at any point prior to the event.

When will I receive confirmation?

Confirmation emails will be sent to all guests once registration is completed. Please note, each guest must complete registration to attend the event. Each registered guest will receive a pre-event notification closer to the event with additional event details.

Is there an age requirement to attend?

Yes, all attendees must be 21 years of age or older by the start of the event. If you have any questions, please contact THDHospitality@omcinfo.com.

Do I need to book my own airline reservations?

No, The Home Depot Hospitality Team will happily assist in booking your travel to and from Las Vegas, Nevada. Once you provide your preferred travel information during the registration process, a member of our team will contact you directly to arrange your travel.

For all employees of The Home Depot, you will be responsible for booking your own travel via the normal business travel booking process, but our Hospitality team will book your guest’s travel. Please include your flight details during the registration process so our team can arrange in-market transportation on your behalf as well as mirror your flights for your guest. Our team will make every effort to ensure you and your guest are on the same flight.

Will you book my preferred travel?

The Home Depot Hospitality Team will arrange First Class air travel for guests whenever available, based on airline and route availability. While we cannot guarantee it will be possible to book the exact flights you have requested, our team will make every effort to ensure the flights are convenient for you.

What transportation is included in the program?

Transportation is provided to and from the Harry Reid International Airport and will be coordinated based on the travel details you provided during registration. It is also included to/from all programmed events that fall within the event itinerary.

Where will I be picked up?

At the airport, the greeter will meet you at baggage claim with a branded sign with your name on it. Once you are ready, they will escort you to your vehicle.

Am I responsible for my own hotel accommodations?

No. The Home Depot has secured accommodations at the Waldorf Astoria in Las Vegas on your behalf. However, you will be requested to place a credit card down for incidentals during check-in. Please note, your accommodation will be double occupancy for you and your guest unless single occupancy was requested.

What is the dress code?

Dinners: Smart Casual

Men are encouraged to wear a dress shirt or other collared shirts with long pants and smart casual dress shoes.
Women are encouraged to wear dresses or skirts/pants with a blouse and smart casual dress shoes.

National Championship Game: Casual

We encourage you to wear team attire or t-shirt with jeans, pants or shorts/skirts/skorts. Comfortable footwear is highly encouraged for all attendees.
We also recommend you are prepared with rain gear and sweater/jacket options in the event of inclement weather.

Please leave additional space in your travel bag for gifts upon arrival.

When will I receive my ticket to the 2026-2027 National Championship?

You will receive your ticket the night prior to the game via Ticketmaster. Please ensure you have the Ticketmaster app downloaded to your phone from the App Store or Google Play.

What is the bag policy?

Allegiant Stadium allows bags 12" x 6" x 12" or smaller. Backpacks are not allowed. Clear bags are required. Small clutch bags, purses, or wallets, 4.5” x 6.5” x 2” or smaller can be taken into the stadium in addition to a 12” x 6” x 12” or smaller clear bag.
