Target audience

This educational opportunity is tailored for physicians at various stages of their training or early career who are interested in gaining the confidence and skills on Philips technology, aligned with the following tracks.

Peripheral vascular track Interventional cardiologist fellows, interventional radiology trainees, vascular surgery residents and fellows and early career physicians two years out of fellowship

• Coronary vascular track Interventional cardiologist fellows, general cardiology fellows and early career physicians two years out of fellowship

• Structural heart track Interventional cardiologist fellows, structural heart interventional cardiology fellows, electrophysiologist fellows and echocardiographer fellows.

Objectives

Participants will be able to:

• Explain the core principles that support effective PCI planning and decision-making.

• Analyze IVUS images to identify vessel characteristics, evaluate plaque morphology, guide device selection, and assess stent results.

• Apply contemporary technologies, including image guided procedures, lesion modification tools, and bifurcation strategies, to treat complex anatomies.

• Describe the fundamental principles of 3D ICE for structural heart imaging using faculty-led, case-based instruction.
