Wednesday August 5th: The People Component of EOS
We are extremely excited to welcome back EOS Implementer and Head Coach, Jill Young, to facilitate the full day of Wednesday August 5th.
This session will focus on building the systems, role clarity, communication rhythms, and accountability structures that allow teams to operate more effectively and consistently as the business grows. EOS has the tools, now we need to start using them more effectively to drive results.
Outcomes:
- Develop or refine a clear and actionable Accountability Chart to ensure you have the Right People in the Right Seats
- Identify areas that leaders can Delegate and Elevate to spend more time in the highest value work
- Learn how to leverage the People Analyzer (not just fill it out) to build a team that can fully execute your team’s Vision.
- Practice using tools for running effective Quarterly Conversations that strengthen communication, expectations, and accountability
Thursday May 6th: Peer-to-Peer Collaboration and Best Practice Sharing
We will take full advantage of having the best of the best in the room! This half-day agenda will use the themes of the previous day to collaborate and share on what
is already working in your businesses to drive stronger leadership, accountability, and results.
Logistics
Travel – We will book your hotel accommodations for you. Please plan to arrive in the late afternoon on August 4th and depart after 3:00 PM on August 6th.
Who should attend – All owners and associates that have at least 1 direct report. This will be an EOS-focused event.
Registration Fee - The registration fee for this event is $550 per person. This fee includes hotel accommodation, breakfast, lunch, as well as a social event with dinner on Wednesday evening. The evening of Tuesday, August 4th, will be on your own to explore downtown Austin.
