Air Transportation

Arrival:    

Anytime on Sunday, March 29, 2020.  
Class begins at 8:00am on Monday, March 30, 2020. 

Departure:   

Book departing flights anytime after 3:00pm EST on Thursday, April 9, 2020

If you already booked your flight through a different travel agency it is important that you send your itinerary to Leslie at Leslie@tangerinetravel.com.

Ground Transportation

For the CAST program, vans will be rented to transport participants to/from Intuitive Surgical and the Staybridge Suites each day. On the evenings and weekends the vans can be used to run errands. To be a volunteer van driver you can sign-up when you register. Driver information and van group assignments will be sent out prior to arrival. All Participants: You will use Lyft for your arrival and departure transportation. Your Lyft code is "2020ACAST1A" The code is only good for transportation to/from the airport. For all other transportation you will use your van groups.

Check-in date will be Sunday, March 29th and checkout date will be Thursday, April 9th.

A room has already been reserved for you! No need to book a hotel. Everyone will be staying at the Staybridge Suites sharing a 2-bedroom apartment with roommates. Each roommate will have their own private bedroom and bathroom with a shared common area. A roommate preference can be listed when you register. 

Meals

Intuitive will provide lunch, snacks and beverages during the week. Plan to have breakfast at the Staybridge Suites each day before training. Dinner and weekend meals should be expensed on your Company Amex,per our company policy.

After ACAST is over, you may be responsible for expensing charges to your company card. 

Save receipts for the following:

• Hotel Incidentals (room & tax billed directly to Intuitive)
• Meal Receipts (With the exception of lunch, snacks & beverages on campus). Receipts must be itemized.
• Fuel Receipts (Volunteer drivers only)

Dress Code

The dress code is business casual for CAST.  This means no jackets or ties required. Jeans and other casual attire are not permitted.
