The STEAM Yard Field Trips 2026-27
The STEAM Yard 2026–27 Field Trips are now open for booking. Schools and districts may select an available date and choose one field trip theme aligned to their grade level.
Field trips are designed for up to 75 students with a maximum of 10 adults (teachers/chaperones) for a flat rate of $500. Two time slots are available: 9:00 AM – 11:00 AM or 9:30 AM – 11:30 AM.
During registration, please be prepared to provide your school and district name, a primary contact, grade level(s) attending, and the total number of students.

Cancellation Policy
Field trips must be canceled at least 30 days in advance to receive a full refund.
- 30+ days notice: Full refund
- Less than 30 days notice: $200 cancellation fee
- Less than 7 days notice: $500 cancellation fee
- No-show: Full field trip fee of $500 will be charged
In the event of severe weather, an emergency, or other unforeseen circumstances that prevent the field trip from taking place, please contact Eillen Parrales or Mario Gallardo at the STEAM Yard. Refunds in these situations will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
