The IWIRC Flagship International Program Committee is excited to host the 2026 IWIRC Leadership Summit & Flagship International Conference in Dublin, Ireland June 2-5.

The Leadership Summit is open to International Board Members, Advisory Council members, Strategic Plan Task Force Members, past International Board Chairs, and current Network Chairs. 10 IWIRC members will also be selected and notified via email with an invitation to attend.

The Leadership Summit will begin Tuesday evening with a kickoff dinner at the Guinness Storehouse, home to Ireland's most iconic beer.

Educational sessions and leadership programming will be held at A & L Goodbody Wednesday morning, followed by optional intermezzo activities - The Viking Splash Tour, Trinity Trails & the Book of Kells, or a tour of the Irish whiskey museum.

The Flagship International Conference is open to everyone —IWIRC members and non-members alike — and will begin Wednesday evening with welcome cocktails, followed by a gala and dinner at the iconic Shelbourne Hotel, an elegant landmark overlooking St. Stephen’s Green and long considered one of Dublin’s most glamorous addresses.

Educational sessions commence on Thursday at historic Trinity College, set in the heart of the city. Attendees will gather amid centuries-old architecture, cobblestone squares, and world-famous halls steps from Dublin’s best dining, shopping, and cultural attractions. A group of internationally renowned jurists will kick off the sessions and provide key judicial perspectives, followed by a program on the rise of private credit and its impact on restructuring, and a discussion on the evolving landscape of liability management exercises, all including highly regarded experts.

Following the educational sessions on Thursday, we invite all attendees to enjoy a luncheon of networking, then soak up a taste of Ireland with an optional intermezzo activity; The Viking Splash Tour, Trinity Trails & the Book of Kells, or a tour of the Irish Whiskey Museum (more information is located on the “Agenda” page).

Following the intermezzo activities, head to Fade Street Social, a Dublin favorite, for a BBQ dinner and summer drinks. Revelers are invited to keep the celebration going with an after party at Foley’s, a vibrant gastropub in the heart of Dublin City known for its lively atmosphere.

Educational sessions will continue Friday morning. Join us again at Trinity College for our second set of sensational panels. Our speakers will analyze the intersection of arbitration and bankruptcy; tackle valuation issues (including methods, tests, and decisions); and provide a cutting-edge discussion of insolvency trends in retail, hospitality, construction, and manufacturing. Following the educational sessions, an optional luncheon will be held for attendees.
