HOW DO I REGISTER FOR THE EVENT?
You can follow the directions in the registration email you received or click the Register Now buttons located on this site. Please complete your registration promptly to secure your spot.
WHAT IS THE HOTEL INFORMATION?
The conference and accommodations will be at The Galt House hotel in Louisville, KY.
The Galt House is a Wyndham property.
DO I NEED TO BOOK MY HOTEL ROOM?
Yes, please use the booking link below to secure your discounted room as soon as possible.
Please only book your room through the booking link. You do not need to contact the hotel directly.

WHICH AIRPORT SHOULD I FLY INTO?
Louisville Muhammad Ali Int'l Airport (SDF)
or
Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky Int'l Airport (CVG)
CVG offers many more direct flights and is approx. 90 miles (1.5 hour drive) of interstate driving.
WHEN SHOULD I ARRIVE AND DEPART?
The event agenda starts at 5:30 PM on Wednesday, November 4th, however, we are pleased to host an optional bourbon tasting beforehand for advisors, guests and staff.
Departures will take place on Friday, November 6th following the Final Remarks at 1:00 PM.
Please note, there is an optional afternoon activity at Churchill Downs from 1:00 - 6:00 pm on Friday.

HOW DO I GET FROM THE AIRPORT TO THE HOTEL?
The Galt House hotel is located approximately 15 minutes from the Louisville airport and approx. 90 minutes from CVG.
If flying into Louisville, rideshare services such as Uber and Lyft are available for transportation between the airport and hotel.
For CVG, all major rental car companies are available.

WHO SHOULD ATTEND?
All PCS advisors and staff members are invited to attend. Each member of your team will need to fill out their own registration.
If there is someone from your team that would like to attend but did not receive an invitation, please reach out to Steve or Andrew.
CAN I BRING MY SPOUSE/SIGNIFICANT OTHER?
Yes, spouses/significant others are welcome, however, we kindly ask that breakfast, lunch and daytime business sessions are for our advisors only.
Guests are welcome to attend the evening cocktail receptions.

Business casual attire
