Dear Immunization Partners and conference attendees,
The Arizona Department of Health Services and the Immunization Program Office has made the decision to cancel the 27th Annual Arizona Immunization Conference, scheduled at Desert Willow Conference Center on April 22-23, 2020
Several of our scheduled plenary and workshop speakers are involved in the COVID-19 response at both the national and state level and are unable to attend. We also know that several area facilities have imposed travel and meeting restrictions for their staff. From a logistical point of view, these changes result in our inability to provide the exceptional level of conference that our attendees are used to.
Cancellation notification will be posted on our registration platform and on ASIIS. All currently registered attendees will receive an email regarding the cancellation and registration fees will be refunded in full. We appreciate your understanding in light of this unique and ongoing public health situation.
