No Purchase Necessary. This giveaway is sponsored by Tevora and is open only to individuals who attend an initial qualification meeting. Qualification for giveaway is determined solely at the discretion of a Tevora representative. Participation in the giveaway constitutes full and unconditional agreement to these terms.

Eligibility: Open to individuals who attend an initial qualification meeting with a Tevora representative before December 31, 2026. One giveaway per company. Employees, contractors, and affiliates of Tevora and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

Prize: By participating in a qualified meeting with a Tevora representative, the individual will receive a pair of custom Nike sneakers with a maximum retail value of $150 USD. No cash or other prize substitutions will be permitted, except at Tevora's sole discretion. The prize is non-transferable and subject to availability. Tevora reserves the right to substitute the prize with another item of equal or greater value.

Limitation of Liability: By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Tevora and its affiliates, employees, and representatives from any and all liability, loss, or damage arising from or in connection with this giveaway or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.
