The Federal Reserve Banks of Boston and Dallas, together with the Aspen Institute Financial Security Program and the Alfond Scholarship Foundation, invite you to participate in the Early Wealth-Building convening focused on what organizations can do to advance long-term financial outcomes for lower-income children and families. This gathering of practitioners, policymakers, researchers, and philanthropy explores the existing ecosystem of early asset-building tools—including 529 plans, other children’s savings accounts, baby bonds and the newly launched Trump (530A) accounts—and how cross-sector partnerships can help maximize the impact of these programs for lower-income children.
