Course Overview and Instructions

This class provides the learner with the knowledge and opportunity to learn and practice a framework for developing simulation-based procedural skills training workshops.

This 4-hour interprofessional workshop covers the fundamentals for developing a simulation-based procedural skills training curriculum. The learner will gain knowledge of a framework to develop a procedural skills training workshop. A pre-reading package is required to be completed prior to attending class, to promote participation in discussions and learning activities.  Learners will have the opportunity to practice using the framework in small group activities during the workshop.
