Welcome - 2027 Catholic Social Ministry Gathering

With the heart of a shepherd and a father, I ask everyone to abandon the construction of yet another Tower of Babel and to join forces in building up the common good, so that humanity will never lose its beauty, and the world once again will come to recognize the human heart as the place where God desires to dwell.

–- Pope Leo XIV, Magnifica humanitas, no. 16

For more than 40 years, the Catholic Social Ministry Gathering (CSMG) has brought together hundreds of participants whose faith inspires them to address pressing current domestic and global challenges affecting our most vulnerable brothers and sisters at home and around the world. The upcoming in-person gathering will include:

Inspiring speakers and grassroots voices in the Church and society
Workshops with policy experts and community leaders
Intentional opportunities for best practice-sharing among participants
Exhibits from dozens of Catholic social ministry organizations
Advocacy visits with elected officials, led by The Society of St. Vincent de Paul USA
And much more!
Registration is $380 for this multi-day event. The program at CSMG 2027 will include offerings for Hispanic/Latino leaders who play an important role in forming disciples on mission in their communities.
