Zoom - Units of Service (US) Meeting

Join us on Tuesday, August 25, 2026, from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. for a SWAN Units of Service "State of the Union" meeting focused on the Family Matching Unit of Service. This interactive meeting will provide an overview of statewide data and trends, including referral patterns, utilization, withdrawals and extensions. Participants will have the opportunity to discuss how the service is being implemented, share successes and identify challenges through facilitated breakout sessions. The meeting will also introduce an update to the SWAN Family Profile Guidelines and Approval Document template. 

The meeting is open to staff from county and affiliate agencies, with a particular focus on agency staff who provide, supervise or support the SWAN Family Matching and Family Profile Units of Service. Your participation and feedback will help inform future practice and strengthen service delivery statewide.
