Exhibit Opportunities

Exhibit tables are limited and will be provided on a first requested basis for $600. 

Exhibit tables are only available for purchase when registering as a conference attendee. Any additional representatives at the exhibit table must also register, either at the general rate or one day rate.

Purchase of an Exhibit table is non-refundable and payment must be made for benefits to become available.

Items included:

• One skirted 6-foot table
• Two chairs
• Listing in the program and on the conference website (if registered by May 23, 2025)

Exhibitors will be responsible for ordering and paying for their own shipping, and any other services directly from the hotel or designated vendors. 

Signs and pop-up displays are permitted only if they fit on top of the provided 6’ table or directly behind it. Distribution of literature may be made only from the exhibit.

Please register by May 23, 2025 to guarantee inclusion in the final program.
