The new Level 3 Certificate in In-house Recruitment (CertIHR) is designed by in-house recruiters, for in-house recruiters; endorsed by the Good Recruitment Collective and created by employers. It contains all recruitment legislation and best practice knowledge an in-house recruiter needs giving you that professional edge.

Who is the course for?
Ideal for anyone working in an in-house environment looking to enhance their professional skills in candidate management and experience, personal development, relationship management and knowledge in Recruitment law and ethics.
When you complete this qualification you may progress to Level 4 Diploma in Recruitment Management degree level.

How is the course taught?
The REC Centre provides all the learning materials and a study coach, who will guide you through the coursework and examination preparation.
There are three options for learning depending on your circumstances and the amount of time you can dedicate to study,  ensuring you can achieve a balance between your studies, a demanding job and your home life, to suit you.

1. A distance learning option allows you to study from the comfort of your own office or home, ending with an online exam. The course runs over 12 weeks and costs £699 + VAT per person.
2. Alternatively our fast track option provides an intensive training session in the 2.5 days (via Zoom) prior to your online exam. The course runs over 5 weeks and costs £999 + VAT per person. 
3. Lastly, it is possible to study for your certificate in-company —  where specialist trainers bring the course to you.

Whichever option you choose, you’ll be provided with all learning materials and a dedicated study coach to support you throughout the coursework and examination process.
