The Honeywell Users Group (HUG) conference brings together users of Honeywell process control and industrial automation systems to share technical insights and provide feedback on products and services. HUG also collaborates with global Honeywell user committees, including the User Input Subcommittee (UIS) and Customer Advisory Boards (CABs). All current and prospective Honeywell users, as well as OEMs, are eligible to participate.

The 2026 Honeywell User Group AMERICAS (HUG) Conference will take place:

📍 JW Marriott Desert Ridge, Phoenix, Arizona
This marks the 50th annual HUG Americas, welcoming a global audience. The Honeywell User Group Steering Committee is actively shaping the agenda.
Note: There will be no EMEA HUG in 2026. Instead, Honeywell will host Process Automation Customer Days across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia Pacific.
KEY DATES & INFORMATION
- Call for customer presentation abstracts is open until March 30
- Conference Registration opens March 10
- Please note before you register: If you have a valid SESP contract with a Training Match Fund (TMF) or an A360 contract with HUG passes, you may be eligible for a discount code. Please request this code from your designated Honeywell contact. They will confirm eligibility based on the available balance in your company’s SESP TM Fund or on your verified HUG attendance under the A360 program. Be sure to check this with your Honeywell contact before completing your registration. For all other attendees conference fees must be paid by credit card.
