Introducing a dynamic new Administrator Academy: Leading with Resilience and Relevance: Navigating the Political, Social, and Educational Landscape.

Designed for today's superintendents, this yearlong online academy offers a supportive cohort model focused on real-world leadership challenges.

Through monthly problem-of-practice sessions, participants will develop the tools and strategies needed to navigate political pressures, foster community trust, communicate transparently, and sustain resilience through change.

With interactive, solution-oriented meetings and a culminating personalized leadership action plan, superintendents will leave empowered to lead with courage, clarity, and integrity in today’s evolving educational environment.

Leaders completing this academy will be equipped to create professional learning systems that are not reactive or compliance-driven, but instead rooted in strategy, capacity-building, and organizational resilience. The academy supports the Learning Forward Standards for Professional Learning — particularly Leadership, Learning Communities, and Implementation — by modeling what responsive, job-embedded, and system-focused professional development looks like for today’s superintendents.

This course is directly tied to district and student improvement through its focus on leadership behaviors that shape culture, allocate resources effectively, support instructional goals, and foster community trust — all of which are essential conditions for sustainable student growth.
