About Our Refresher Course:

  1. The Refresher net cost is $150 per student after entering the discount code. The discount code cannot be entered after payment is submitted.
  2. To qualify to use the discount code you must have been a prior student of SkillsPlus who had successfully completed the course. Student's who completed the course prior to 2010, may not qualify for the discount. Please check with our office.
  3. This is a web class. After completing registration, check your email for the URL for the class and the enrollment key. If you do not see the email after 10 minutes, check your SPAM or JUNK mail folder.
  4. Students review pre-recorded presentations covering the required content for the requested certification.
  5. Following each chapter, the student takes the final exam. Students may review the content of any section as many times as needed. Students may take the exam for each section as many time as needed to get a passing score (85%). Students get instant feedback on their test performance.
  6. When you pass all exams, click on the appropriate link, at the bottom of the page, to request the training documentation for your application [Training Affidavit for Designated Representatives, or Certificate of Completion for Exemptee's of an HMDR.]
  7. Training documents are sent to the address that the student provides at the end of the course. We ship using FedEx. Documentation will be delivered to you by Thursday afternoon, unless overnight service was purchase.
