Our Prospect ID camp is designed to give baseball players the opportunity to showcase their skills in front of college coaches. This camp is a great way for any player looking for exposure who has their sights set on playing college baseball while playing at a top tier baseball facility.
What to bring: Please bring: Hat, Turf Shoes, Glove, Bat, Batting Helmet, Catchers Gear (If applicable)
Age Group: High School 2029-2027 Graduates
Players are advised to being their own snacks, food, drinks.

I/we, the undersigned, hereby certify that I am/we are the parent(s) or legal guardian(s) of the camper. I/we hereby authorize the staff of the UCCS sports camps to act for me according to their best judgment in providing or arranging for emergency care in any emergency requiring medical attention. I/we hereby waive, release, absolve, indemnify, and agree to hold harmless UCCS employees, suppliers, sponsors, and participants for any and all liability and for any and all injuries or illness incurred while at camp. I/we acknowledge that participation in this camp may result in accidents and/or injuries. Even though I know that there are risks involved, I still give my approval for my child to participate in any and all camp activities and I expressively assume all risks and hazards incidental to such participation. I have no knowledge of any physical impairment or health problems that would be affected by my child’s participation in the UCCS Summer Camps. By signing this form, I/we acknowledge that I have read and understand the above warning.
I agree to assume all risk of personal injury or loss, bodily injury (including death), damage to or loss of, or destruction of any personal property resulting from or arising out of participation in the designated activity. I also release, waive, indemnify, hold harmless, and discharge the University of Colorado from all claims, damages, and injuries arising out of my activities, including my use of equipment and facilities provided by the University of Colorado.
Participants in university activities are sometimes photographed and videotaped for use in University of Colorado promotional, educational and research programs. Such audio, video, film and/or print images may be edited, duplicated, distributed, reproduced, broadcast, and/or reformatted in any form and manner without payment of fees.
The University of Colorado does not provide health insurance for individuals participating in activities made available or sponsored by the University of Colorado. As such, you or your personal health insurance will be responsible for payment of medical services and care for any injuries sustained during the designated activity.
I hereby certify that I have read and understand the provisions above. For participants under 18 years of age, the parent or guardian accepts the above terms and grants permissions for the student’s participation on behalf of said minor, as permitted by C.R.S. § 13-22-107.
