Please review our registration policies, including the refund policy, and pricing information below before registering.

* Must be in good standing with an STA Affiliate. Membership will be verified by STA Office.

** Age 30 or younger at time of conference.

*** Must be a Registered Investment Advisor. Limit one (1) per firm. 

**** Must be responsible for the order routing of retail accounts. Limit one (1) per firm.

Registration Payment

Prices are listed in U.S. Dollars. Online registration requires payment with a credit card and is the preferred payment method.

On-site registrations are considered late registrations and will be accepted beginning Wednesday, October 14, 2026, subject to capacity. The late registration fee is $2,395, and this includes an administration fee.

Registration Cancellation & Substitution Policy

Notice of any cancellation must be received in writing before close of business on Friday, October 2, 2026, and may be subject to a $100 administration fee. No refunds will be made after October 2, 2026. Substitutions may be made at any time without penalty.

Guest Registrations

Guest Registrations are designated for social guests attending in a non-business capacity and cannot be used in place of a full-conference attendee. Guests have access to all conference meals and evening functions, as well as the General Session. 

All registrants, including guests, must display a valid conference badge at all conference functions.

STA reserves the right to deny registration. This includes Guest Registrations.

Travel & Hotel Reservations

Conference attendees are responsible for their own travel and hotel arrangements. Room reservations at the JW Marriott Washington DC must be made using the Passkey link, which will be provided on the 'Registration Completed' page. The Passkey link is also located on your email confirmation receipt. 

Hotel reservations must be made on or before Monday, September 21, 2026. We encourage you to make your reservations early, as housing is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Room and rate availability cannot be guaranteed. Hotel reservations at the JW Marriott require a credit card at the time of booking. A deposit of one (1) night's lodging plus tax will be charged prior to your arrival. One room per registrant. If additional rooms are needed, please contact STA.

You must register for the conference prior to making your hotel reservation through the JW Marriott Hotel Passkey link located on the Registration Completed page or in your confirmation email. STA reserves the right to cancel your hotel reservation if you are not registered for this conference. This will be strictly enforced and your cooperation is appreciated.

Hotel Changes & Cancellation Policy

Hotel room change and cancellation requests should be made directly with the JW Marriott. Room deposits will be refunded for rooms cancelled more than seventy-two (72) hours prior to arrival. Please note that early departures will be charged one (1) night's room and tax.

Dietary & Access Needs

STA will make every attempt to accommodate the needs of all attendees. Email sta@securitytraders.org at least two (2) weeks in advance with any special dietary needs or access requirements.
