LCMS Data Directed Analysis (DDA) Advanced Data Processing in ProteinLynx Global Server (PLGS)

This module demonstrates the processing of LCMS Data Directed Analysis (DDA) data using AutoMod, de Novo and BLAST queries in ProteinLynx Global Server (PLGS). It outlines the set up of each type of query and highlights the basics of the data produced from those queries.
