Each year, the Center presents a variety of one-day executive-level programs that address the topics most relevant to senior-level leaders. Programs are delivered in a workshop format, mixing content, conversation and skill practice, so that leaders can apply what they learn and impact their organization immediately.

Founded in 1999 by eight corporations headquartered in Dayton, Ohio, which include Fifth Third Bank, Premier Health, Copeland, Mead, NCR, Reynolds & Reynolds, Standard Register, and University of Dayton. The University of Dayton Center for Leadership is a unique and powerful resource where 60+ partners connect, collaborate, and leverage shared resources to design and deliver 200+ days of high-quality business skill and leadership development programs annually. Together, we work with some of the world’s top thought leaders to provide an innovative, world-class education to senior executives, emerging leaders, and front-line supervisors and professionals.

The University of Dayton Center for Leadership recently celebrated 20 years of leadership development excellence. The last two decades have included tremendous growth. Our original eight partners became fifteen, and today our partnership includes more than sixty organizations from manufacturing, health care, professional services, retail, government, and education, who together deliver more than 200 days of leadership development programs for more than 7000 leaders each year at the UD Center for Leadership.
