The 5th Annual Myeloid Malignancy Workshop (MMW27) is a one-day, CE activity featuring the latest scientific advances and evidence-based updates in the clinical management of myeloid malignancies. The Workshop is designed to foster meaningful scientific exchange, accelerate the translation of research into clinical practice, and equip healthcare professionals with current, clinically relevant strategies to improve patient outcomes.

Distinguished Educational Program
Internationally recognized faculty will address myelodysplastic syndromes, acute leukemia, myeloproliferative neoplasms and overlap syndromes, CHIP/CCUS, and related myeloid neoplasms. The program will also feature focused discussions on inflammatory pathways and the microbiome, emerging therapeutic targets, epigenetics, and evolving approaches to disease classification.

Interactive Sessions
The program will feature a series of 30-minute presentations, each followed by 10 minutes of moderated discussion and audience Q&A to encourage engagement, scientific exchange, and practical learning.

Trainee Awards
Two Trainee Awards—one in clinical research and one in laboratory science—will be presented based on abstract selection. Each recipient will receive a $25,000 research grant, paid to their institution, as well as travel support for MMW27 covering airfare, ground transportation, and lodging. Award recipients will also deliver a five-minute oral presentation during the main educational program.

Emerging Investigators Breakfast Session
A select number of outstanding applicants who are not chosen as Trainee Award recipients may be invited to participate in the Emerging Investigators Breakfast Session, moderated by Dr. Ronald Hoffman and Dr. Ruben Mesa. Selected participants will receive travel support covering airfare, ground transportation, and lodging to attend MMW27 and deliver a five-minute oral presentation during this dedicated session.
