 Group discount: Buy 4 get 5th for free. All registrations must be done at one time paying with a single form of payment for the system to apply the discount. Reduced rate certificate holders are not eligible for this group discount.

We continue to support our local community organizations.  This year we will again have

• the $2 grab bags (never know what you will get; could be good could be a "white elephant" item)
• Silent Auction baskets (if you would like to donate a basket for the auction please bring it to any committee member on Thursday morning.)
• AAPC hardship fund donation opportunity. Ruby will again be available to collect donations. You never know when you might be the one in need of assistance.

This year will not be collecting for the Toys for Tots program instead we will be collecting for the 180 Degrees' Emergency Youth Shelters and Transitional Housing program. This program provides a save space for youth and young adults experiencing crisis, homelessness and exploitation including sex trafficking.

• A $10 donation or item from their wish list with a value of $10 or more will get you entered into a drawing for a free registration to next years conference. 

Some requested items:

• new undergarments, socks or t-shirts of all sizes up to 5XL
• Hygiene Kits (soap, deodorant, anti-perspirant, toothbrushes, toothpaste, feminine hygiene products,
• Hair products and accessories like brushes, combs
• Towels, washcloths
• Clothing including seasonal item like coats, boots/shoes, hats, gloves, scarves
• Notebooks, workbooks, GED prep materials, books, bibles, games
• Bus passes, grocery gift cards, gym or wellness passes
• New or gently used electronics that have been wiped of all personal data.

This Conference is a live event only with no option for virtual attendees.
