Course Overview
Course Description
We spend about 80% of our waking day in some form of communications! Yet, in today’s high-tech world, communication is not as good as it used to be. In this practical and engaging presentation, based on Patrick’s book "Communicating with IMPACT", you will learn a practical six-step system to lead more effectively, communicate clearly, (in-person, in writing, and to groups), listen attentively, create deeper relationships, enhance your credibility, increase sales, build stronger teams, manage change, gain and retain customers, give better service, achieve greater results, positively impact others, and make a greater IMPACT on your bottom line.
This interactive program is designed to start you on your way to becoming more organized, confident, engaging, and dynamic communicator. Patrick places special emphasis for this program on trainee involvement, using group discussions, role-playing, exercises, real-life examples, and planning time to put these principles into action.
