Transportation for the round trip (including flights or mileage) and all expenses related to travel (such as seat assignments, luggage fees, etc.), all meals connected to the meeting, meals during travel, airport parking, and hotel accommodations for the nights associated with the Investigators Meeting.
Who from the site is invited?
Principal Investigators, Sub-Investigators, and Study Coordinators are all invited to attend the IM. We encourage at least 3 study representatives to attend this meeting.

What hotel nights are covered by Ovid?
Ovid will cover hotel accommodations for the official meeting program on the evenings of 15 Sep and 16 Sep.
If your return flight schedule requires you to stay the evening of 17 Sep, Ovid will cover that night as well.
