SUMMARY
The INSPIRE Research Institute at Purdue University, in collaboration with the Women in Engineering Program, is hosting one-week engineering summer camp experiences for children ages 6-8 in Week 1 (June 1-5), ages 9-11 in Week 2 (June 8-12), and ages 12-14 (June 15-19).
Students will participate in a variety of engineering activities where they explore engineering concepts while creating and building with laser cutters, computer programming, simple electronics, and more. A typical day includes an introduction to engineering concepts, hands-on engineering activities, bonus activities (e.g., engineering lab tour, play at the park, campus tour), and fun team-bonding activities.
The cost to attend is $275/camper/week. Lunch is provided.
