ROOM RATE:
GBA has contracted a block of Deluxe King rooms at the Ritz-Carlton Atlanta for Wednesday night, Jan. 27 at $399, plus applicable state and local taxes in effect at the time of check-in. 

ROOM INCLUSIONS:
Hotel room rates includes basic wi-fi in guest room; access to the Fitness Center; and bottled water in guest room. There is no resort/service fee.

HOTEL CUT-OFF:
Reservations must be made by Wednesday, Jan 6, 2027, to secure the group rate, and remember that rooms may sell out before this date.

HOTEL DEPOSIT/CANCELLATION POLICY:
Reservations must be accompanied by a first-night deposit or guaranteed with a major credit card. Cancellation deadline is 72 hours before arrival; no-shows will be charged one night's stay. 

GBA HOTEL GUEST PARKING:
Discounted daily valet parking is available for GBA attendees for $25 and $50 for overnight valet parking. Self-parking is not available at the hotel, but there are parking garages in the area.
