Course schedule
Start date of course - Zoom introduction call to the Level 3 Cert IHR course structure
- Wednesday 29th July 2026 at 2pm-2.30pm (They will have their coursebooks by this date)
Day 1 – Unit 3-1 and unit 3-2– 1 x Full day training workshop- via Zoom
- Tuesday 25th August at 9.30am-4.30pm
- Coursework due by Friday 21st August by 2pm.
Day 2 –Unit 3-3, Unit 3-4 and unit 3-5 – 1 x Full day training workshop- via Zoom
- Tuesday 15th September 9.30am-4.30pm
- Coursework due by Friday 11th September by 2pm.
Day 3 – Unit 3-6 and recap on the other 5 units– Half-day workshop - Zoom
- Tuesday 22nd September 2pm-4.30pm
- Coursework due by Friday 18th September by 2pm.
Final Stage - Level 3 Cert IHR Exam – 2.5 hour online exam with strict prescribed requirements
- Wednesday 23rd September at 10am-12.30pm or 2.00pm-4.30pm.
Exams will be marked and all results will be issued to learners 6 weeks after exam date (Thursday 5th November 2026).
Students
Please supply enrolment forms (attached) for each of your students so we can enrol them with the Awarding Body accurately. Study cannot begin until we have done so.
In line with data protection legislation, students must tick a box on the enrolment form if they consent to us sharing their results with you as their employer, otherwise we are unable to do so.
Payment
The agreed course fee is £7,187 plus VAT* and Trainer expenses and you will be able to agree to T&Cs and pay online by clicking the button below.
Payment must be made in full within 30 days and not less than 10 working days prior to the commencement of the study.
Please note the above price is for a maximum of 12 students , should you wish to increase this number please call us and we will advise you on the suitability of the course for higher numbers below.

Exam Requirements
You will need the following:
- A quiet room where you will sit alone.
- A Desktop or Laptop computer (macOS X 10.5 or higher, Windows Vista or higher) - the examinations cannot be taken on a Chromebook, mobile phone or a tablet. No dual monitors.
- Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome browser with pop-up blocker disabled.
- Working built-in or external webcam, microphone and speakers (please note, no ear/headphones are permitted)
- An Internet connection speed of at least 2 Mbps download and 2 Mbps upload.
Invigilation
- Remote invigilators are all IT-trained to sort out any potential technical issues on examination day.
- Remote invigilation is on a one-to-one basis.
- The invigilator will have access to your face, screen and keyboard input to ensure you do not try to access unauthorised websites or transmit/receive unauthorised communications during the examination.
The online examination
- Candidates should log onto the e-assessment dashboard 15 minutes prior to their scheduled examination.
- Failure to pass the authentication process will result in a candidate not being permitted to take the examination, and the examination fee will not be refunded. text here
