Join us for a week at our US headquarters just outside of Chicago, where we offer the following trainings to get your staff up to speed. The registration fee of $400 includes access to your selected class, instructional materials, BERNINA Store shopping opportunities, and lunch + snacks served each day.

BERNINA Sales & Product Training

This comprehensive five-day session is packed with everything you need to know, from key BERNINA features and benefits to honing your sales presentation skills. You’ll explore basics in sewing, quilting, embroidery, and overlock techniques, and get hands on with essential technical information tailored to the sales process. Plus, you’ll receive valuable insights from each BERNINA department.

This training is a requirement for all new dealers and is open to BERNINA store owners, managers, and sales staff.

BERNINA Basic Technical Training

Basic technical training will provide new technicians with a foundation of knowledge to be successful with the most common service issues seen in the field. The training focuses on the service process and troubleshooting problems in a logical manner—skills which can be applied to any sewing machine or service issue. The training is intended for the beginning technician, although the program may also be taken as a refresher course, if space is available. Attendees will want to return for Advanced Technical Training classes focusing on various product lines to further their knowledge and experience.

SCHEDULE OF EVENTS:

  • Class Dates: Monday, November 2-Friday, November 6, 2026 
  • Class begins at 8:30 AM CT each day
  • Lunch is from 12:00 PM–1:00 PM CT each day
  • Class ends at 4:00 PM CT on Monday through Thursday, and 3:00 PM on Friday
