DS World 2025 Pricing
Dental Professionals: Admission includes access to General Sessions, Educational Courses, Exhibit Hall, Meals, and Receptions in the Exhibit Hall followed by Evening Entertainment on Thursday and Friday (valued at $500).
Guests: These registration types are for non-Dental, non-HCP attendees that would like to attend DSW with a Dental attendee. If your guest is a Dental Professional or Health Care Provider, they will need to register under the appropriate admission item and not one of the below.
- Guests: Access to General Sessions, Exhibit Hall, Meals, and Receptions in the Exhibit Hall followed by Evening Entertainment on Thursday & Friday (valued at $500). This pass does not include access to Educational Courses and is not eligible for CE. Guests must be at least 18 years old and non-HCPs.
- Entertainment Only Guests: Access is only permitted during Evening Entertainment. This registration type is not permitted into General Session, Educational Courses, Exhibit Hall (including exhibit hall receptions), or meals.

Cancellation
Cancellations made prior to July 14, 2025 at 11:59 PM ET will be subject to a 75% refund. Cancellations made after 11:59 PM ET on July 14, 2025 through September 2, 2025 at 11:59 PM ET will be subject to a 50% refund. No refunds will be given for any cancellations requested after 11:59 PM ET on September 2, 2025. These cancellation time frames and corresponding refund amounts apply to all registration types, including VIP & Entertainment Only passes.
