About the Event
The Babson College Disruption Dinner is a signature annual gathering that brings together students, alumni, faculty, staff, entrepreneurs, and industry leaders for an evening of connection, inspiration, and meaningful dialogue. The event celebrates entrepreneurial leadership and highlights the power of innovation, collaboration, and shared purpose to create lasting social and economic impact.
The 2026 Disruption Dinner theme, Women and Allies, recognizes that meaningful progress is achieved when people work together across perspectives, experiences, and identities. Throughout the evening, attendees will explore how women leaders and their allies are challenging conventional thinking, opening doors for others, strengthening organizational cultures, and driving innovation that advances industries and communities. The theme underscores the importance of partnership, advocacy, and collective action in building a more inclusive future.
A Collaboration in Action
Hosted by the Frank & Eileen™ Institute for Women and Allies in partnership with the Tariq Farid Franchise Institute, the Disruption Dinner embodies the spirit of allyship and collaborative leadership. Rooted in a shared belief that entrepreneurial leadership is a catalyst for human progress and prosperity, the two Institutes bring together their complementary strengths in entrepreneurship, leadership development, and community building to create a unique forum for learning, connection, and impact.
A highlight of the evening is the opportunity to engage with founders from WIN Lab®, the Frank & Eileen™ Institute's flagship accelerator program. These entrepreneurs represent the next generation of innovators, turning ideas into ventures that address challenges, create value, and expand opportunity. Guests will have the chance to learn directly from founders about their entrepreneurial journeys and the impact they are making through their businesses.
