This program is a practical application of Scenario-Based Planning, which is widely used as a foresight tool. The course teaches participants how to lead and facilitate all phases of a Scenario-Based Planning workshop, including the development of alternative future worlds, identifying the driving forces behind them, and facilitating discussions to elicit the capabilities needed to succeed.

Upon successful completion of the program, learners will earn a Strategic Foresight Certification from the Baldrige Foundation Institute for Performance Excellence.

The program is also offered in association with George Washington University, Center for Excellence in Public Leadership, part of the College of Professional Studies. University certification in Strategic Foresight is also available for an additional fee.
