Registration and Event Policies
Only registered attendees will be allowed into the event. Badges may not be shared or transferred. Registrants under the age of 16 require a parent or guardian to be present for the duration of the event.
Payment Policy
All badge registrations must be paid in full before the event. If payment has not been received by PAPA prior to the event, payment will be required onsite to receive entrance into Expo 2025.
Media Release
PAPA Expo 2025 will be photographed and filmed by PAPA representatives. Through participation in Expo 2025 activities, all participants grant permission for their appearance to be included in our website, social media, and any publication or display of the organization.
Anti-Harassment Statement
PAPA is dedicated to providing a harassment-free conference experience for everyone, regardless of gender, gender identity and expression, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, age or religion. We do not tolerate harassment of conference participants in any form. Conference participants violating these rules may be sanctioned or expelled from the conference at the discretion of the conference organizers. Press Registration (Approval Required)
Complimentary press registration is available, by approval, to any reporter, writer, editor, photographer, or videographer assigned by a recognized news media organization to cover the event. Please contact sean@asianpilots.org for approval.
