Cancellations & Refund Requests

We understand life happens. 

Registration cancellations and refund requests can be requested before the refund deadline (refer to the pricing table).

Cancellation requests must be submitted on Cvent through the attendee's event registration profile.

Refunds will be applied to the original form of payment and will exclude a 15% administrative  and transaction fee.

Registrations cannot be refunded after the deadline.

Advanced Sale Registration is non-refundable.
