Event Description

Chronic diseases remain the leading causes of death in the United States, yet emerging research and integrative approaches are transforming how clinicians can prevent, manage, and even resolve these conditions. This course provides a comprehensive exploration of the top seven chronic diseases impacting Americans today, emphasizing strategies that move beyond symptom management to address root causes.

The faculty will review the therapeutic benefits of bioidentical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT) as a key intervention for restoring balance and resilience in patients with chronic disease. In addition, participants will learn how nutrition, lifestyle modification, and targeted interventions can work synergistically to reduce disease burden, improve quality of life, and extend health span.

By the end of this course, clinicians will be able to:

  • Identify root causes underlying the most common chronic diseases.
  • Assess the role of BHRT in optimizing outcomes and improving patient well-being.
  • Integrate nutrition, exercise, sleep, and lifestyle interventions into individualized care plans.
  • Apply evidence-based strategies to shift care from symptom management to true disease resolution.

This session is designed for healthcare professionals seeking practical, advanced tools to improve chronic disease outcomes, blending cutting-edge science with clinically relevant strategies that empower patients to reclaim their health.
