In this practical half-day webinar, Cath will help participants write with greater clarity, judgement and human impact in a world where AI and online tools are increasingly part of everyday communication.

Participants will explore how to plan, structure and refine written messages so that emails, formal reports and other professional documents are purposeful, concise, and appropriate in tone but don’t take forever to produce.

The session will emphasise what humans bring that AI cannot replace: judgement, empathy, ethical awareness, context, accountability and the ability to build trust through language. There will also be a recognition that the tools can help but with a focus on avoiding over-reliance.

Through short exercises, examples and supportive practice, attendees will acquire practical techniques for drafting, editing and reviewing their written communication so their work is clear and professional, whilst still being theirs.
